We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom Orders & Personalization

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all submitted personalization details, spelling, names, artwork, sizing, and order information before submitting an order.

Production timelines begin after all artwork, personalization details, and order information have been finalized and approved when applicable.

Custom products may vary slightly due to the handmade and personalized nature of production processes, materials, and finishes.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers submitting logos, trademarks, copyrighted artwork, or other protected material confirm they have permission or legal authorization to reproduce and use the submitted content.

Frederick Ranch Custom Creation reserves the right to refuse reproduction of any content believed to infringe on intellectual property rights or violate applicable laws.

Customers may be contacted for clarification or artwork approval before production when necessary.

Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change without notice.

If submitted artwork exceeds standard engraving scope or requires additional design work, additional charges may apply and will be discussed prior to production.

Orders may not enter production until payment or required deposits are received.

Shipping & Production

Estimated production timelines are provided as general estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Frederick Ranch Custom Creation is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping addresses prior to completing checkout.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns, refunds, or cancellations after production has begun may not be possible.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or an error occurs during production, customers should contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work to resolve the issue.
