Custom Order Policy

Because many items sold by Frederick Ranch Custom Creation are personalized or made to order, custom orders are generally considered final sale.

Please review all personalization details, names, artwork submissions, and order notes carefully before placing your order.

For logo or complex artwork orders, customers may be contacted for clarification or approval prior to production when necessary.

If submitted artwork exceeds standard engraving scope or requires additional design work, pricing adjustments may be discussed and approved before production begins.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or an error occurs in production, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to make it right.

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, returns or cancellations after production has begun may not be possible.

Accepted artwork formats for custom logo orders include:

• AI

• PDF

• EPS

• High-resolution PNG
